Transforming education and healthcare through innovative technology.
This hackathon challenges innovators to develop technology-driven solutions that address critical education or healthcare challenges in Sub-Saharan Africa. Solutions will be presented during the 16th ICT for Africa Summit and Conference. With prizes awarded to the top three teams, this event encourages creative, scalable ideas that can make a real-world impact.
Each team presents a live demo of their idea/solution during the 16th ICT for Africa Summit and Conference.
Judging Panel
Comprised of industry experts, academic leaders, and representatives from governmental and non-governmental organizations.

Team Composition
Maximum of 3 members per team.
Participants can register as teams of up to three. Interested teams must send a letter of intent with a brief description of their project to ictforafrica@ictuniversity.edu.cm on or before June 30th 2025.
1st Place: 1.000.000 FCFA
The winner will receive the cash prize along with an exclusive mentorship package.
1st Runner-Up: 500.000 FCFA
The second place team will receive the cash prize along with an exclusive mentorship package.
2nd Runner-Up: 250. 000 FCFA
The 2nd Runner-Up gets only the cash prize.
